Four meetings, one garment
What happens between the first message and the day you wear it.
Consultation
We talk about the occasion, the date and how you like to dress. We bring the swatch books and a few jackets to look at. Nothing is decided yet.
Measure and cloth
Measurements taken by hand, posture noted, cloth and details chosen. From these we draw your pattern. The price is fixed here.
Fitting
The garment is made up and you try it on before it is finished. Shoulder, collar, balance, sleeve, break: all adjusted on you. A second fitting if it needs one.
Delivery
Finished, pressed and tried on once more. Your pattern stays with us for the next garment.
Honest timing
Tell us the date before anything else
Bespoke takes the time it takes, and a fitting cannot be hurried. If there is a wedding or an event, say the date in your first message and we build the schedule back from it. If the date cannot be met properly, we will say so rather than deliver something unfinished.

What should I bring to the first meeting?
The date of the occasion, the shoes you will wear, and if you have one, a jacket you love or hate. Both tell us a lot.
Do you keep my pattern?
Yes. The second garment starts from the pattern we already made for you, so it is quicker and usually fits better still.
What if the fit is not right at delivery?
Then it is not finished. We adjust it and you try it again.
